Hampton Grocers Recalls Lacnola Lactation Granola Nationwide Over Salmonella in an Ingredient

Lacnola Lactation Granola, an 8-ounce granola marketed to breastfeeding mothers, is being recalled nationwide after an ingredient supplier reported that a sample of organic moringa powder used in the recipe tested positive for Salmonella; the finished granola itself was not reported as having tested positive. Hampton Grocers, Inc., of Montauk, New York, is recalling the product in cooperation with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), which posted its recall notice on or about August 14, 2026.

The recalled granola was sold nationwide by mail order, through the company’s own website, thehamptongrocers.com, Amazon, and other online retailers, between October 21, 2025, and August 12, 2026.
