Supreme Court Lets Third-Country Deportation Policy Resume and Will Hear the Case in December

The Supreme Court on Tuesday, Sept. 29, paused a federal judgment limiting how DHS removes people to third countries and agreed to decide the case itself, with arguments set for December. The order does not decide whether the policy is lawful.
